Evening Glam: Perfecting Your Makeup for a Night Out

You’re finally heading out for that long-awaited night out, but you’re stumped on how to do your makeup. Here’s an easy guide to help you nail the perfect look for the evening.

**Face**

Start with a primer to prep your skin and ensure your makeup stays put throughout the night. Next, choose a color-correcting product to match your skin’s needs. Opt for foundation if you want full coverage or a CC cream for something lighter. After that, fill in your brows.

**Eyes**

Once your skin is ready, move on to your eyes. Use an eyeshadow primer, or you can repurpose your face primer. Begin with a light nude eyeshadow as a base. From there, add depth by using a slightly darker shade in the crease. This will serve as your transition color. Next, apply the darkest shade on the outer crease. Blend all the colors with a blending brush to avoid harsh lines. Apply the lightest shade in the inner corner of your eyes and just below the brow bone.

For a shiny touch, dab some shimmering color at the center of the eye. Define your eyes with black eyeliner or eyeshadow, and finish with one or two coats of mascara.

Once your eyes are done, you can go back and apply concealer under your eyes. Since it’s a night out look, it’s best to apply concealer last to avoid any fallout from your eye makeup. Lock in your concealer with some setting powder.

**Highlighter & Bronzer**

For a night out, you can go bold with makeup. Apply highlighter on your cheekbones and the cupid’s bow. Add some bronzer to contour your cheeks, jawline, and forehead.

Finish off with your lips. Deep shades like dark red, plum, burgundy, or deep purple are perfect for a night out.

Set everything with a fixing spray, and you’re good to go! You won’t have to worry about your makeup and can focus on enjoying your night.
